Personal Training Agreement 

This personal training agreement outlines the terms of our training sessions, including scheduling, payment, cancellation, and mutual expectations, binding both parties to these conditions. 

1.  Parties

This agreement is between GET FIT WITH RICK LLC ( Trainer ) and the Client. 

2. Services 

Personal training services may include one-on-one training, partner sessions, and recovery services such as

stretching, cupping, and cold plunge.

3. Session Length 

Sessions are approximately 50–60 minutes.

4. Scheduling & Punctuality

Clients must arrive on time. Sessions may be shortened or canceled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

5. Payment Terms

All sessions must be paid in advance. Accepted forms: Zelle, cash, check, or credit card (3% fee applies).
